Zynocode IT Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Zynocode Labs service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.

Important Notice Regarding Our Media Tools

Zynocode Labs operates as a neutral technology provider. Our media downloading tools function solely as a proxy interface connecting users directly to publicly accessible third-party APIs.

We do not host, store, cache, distribute, or otherwise possess any copyrighted media files on our servers. Because we do not host the content in question, we cannot remove it from the internet. If you wish to have content permanently removed, you must contact the platform that is actually hosting the content (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Zynocode Labs website by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, which may include disabling access to the specific URL or feature through our service.

Please provide the following information in your DMCA Notice:

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice - you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL on our site).
3. Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
   • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."

5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Zynocode Labs has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or IPs who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
