Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Media Downloading Tools and Copyright Compliance

Zynocode Labs provides specific tools designed to allow users to download or extract media content (such as videos, audio, or images) from publicly available third-party platforms (the "Media Tools"). These Media Tools are provided as neutral technology intended solely for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to: downloading content you own, downloading content for which you have explicit permission from the copyright holder, or downloading public domain and Creative Commons licensed content.

By using the Media Tools, you expressly agree to the following:

  • Personal Use Only: You will only use the Media Tools for personal, non-commercial use.
  • No Infringement: You will not use the Media Tools to download, distribute, or monetize copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright owner.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your downloads comply with all applicable copyright laws and the Terms of Service of the source platform.
  • No Content Storage: Zynocode Labs acts solely as a proxy mechanism. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute any media files on our servers. All media is streamed or directly transferred from the source provider to your device.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
