The Zynocode Labs QR Code Generator is a client-side tool for creating high-precision Quick Response (QR) codes. A QR code is a 2D matrix barcode of square modules that optical sensors scan horizontally and vertically. By scanning a QR code with a smartphone camera or optical imager, users instantly access links, connect to networks, or save contacts without typing. Our generator creates 100% static QR codes directly in your browser. Static QR codes encode data directly into the visual pattern. Without intermediate redirect servers, tracking URLs, or cloud databases, your codes never expire, require no subscriptions, and cannot break from third-party server downtime. The tool supports seven specialized payload modes: - Website URL: Direct links to web pages, blogs, or documents. - Plain Text: Text messages, serial numbers, product codes, or inventory tags. - Wi-Fi Network: A dedicated wifi qr code generator encoding your network SSID, encryption protocol (WPA/WPA2/WPA3, WEP, or open), password, and hidden network flag into standard syntax (WIFI:T:WPA;S:Network;P:Password;;). - Contact Card (vCard 3.0): Encodes contact records—full name, phone, email, organization, job title, and website—into vCard syntax for single-tap phone address book imports. - Email: Formats a mailto link with pre-filled destination address, subject line, and draft body text. - Phone Call: Encodes a direct tel link with country codes for instant dialing. - SMS Message: Prepares an SMSTO payload specifying the recipient number and pre-composed text message. Visual styling features include real-time preview rendering, customizable foreground and background color pickers, and an automated contrast safety warning. If your chosen color combination yields a contrast ratio below 4:1 or uses inverted colors (light modules on a dark background), the interface displays a warning that older smartphone lenses and barcode scanners may fail to decode the matrix. For maximum reliability in print, the tool provides four Reed-Solomon error correction tiers: Low (L, ~7%), Medium (M, ~15%), Quartile (Q, ~25%), and High (H, ~30%). Users can upload an optional center logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP up to 500 KB). When a custom logo is uploaded, the tool automatically locks error correction to High (H) because the logo hides the modules behind it (the tool sizes it to 22% of the code's width, about 5% of its area), and the High level can rebuild up to roughly 30% of damaged codewords. Once customized, download your asset as a raster PNG file (with an adjustable slider from 128×128 px to 2048×2048 px) or as a vector SVG asset for commercial printing. Please note that the generator outputs PNG and SVG formats directly; it does not export EPS or PDF files.
